margarita.jpgMargaritas
Margarita is the Spanish word for daisy. In that case, Murphy & Gonzalez has a lot of daisies.

Served shaken and on the rocks or blended a-la-frozen Murphy & Gonzalez serves its signature Margaritas in 15 oz. monster-size glasses. That means, there’s a heaping helping of Tequila, orange liqueur, lime or lemon juice, and our very own, Brooklyn-made syrup; our signature kick.

Don’t want Triple Sec? No problemo. We’ve got plenty of Cointreau. If you want the Big Enchilada, the “Cadillac” of all Margaritas, we can toss some Grand Marnier and freshly muddled fruits or fruit juice into the mix.

pinacoloada.jpg Don’t forget the Piña Coladas
Piña Coladas are known as the official beverage of Puerto Rico but shh… don’t tell the Mexicans or the Irish that. Around here we see PR’s strained pineapple and raise it a maraschino cherry. This sweet, rum-based cocktail is made with light rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice, and served blended or shaken with ice. Of course, we add our very own Brooklyn-made syrup to the mix. Our Checker Fuel Piña Colada comes turbo charged with dark rum. The frozen Cabriole Piña Colada gets knocked out of the ballpark with 151 and coconut rum. Neck-and-neck with our Margaritas, our Piña Coladas take the banana – or in this case, the pineapple. Not that our Don Q rum Mojito falls behind. It can hold its own, thank you very much.
